In addition to designing, creating and installing communication systems for public safety agencies, our Mobilization Services group can provide a complete and wide-ranging communications capability on an "on call" basis.
This means that when you call, our trained and credentialed Response Communication Technicians travel to anywhere in the United States and set up a complete public safety -grade communications system and operate it for days, weeks, or months at a time. At the conclusion of the incident, they will demobilize and return.
While deployed, our communication systems require absolutely no infrastructure, power, support, or personnel. We supply everything, not only the people but multiple high-point repeaters/base stations, satellite transcievers, a full communication network, multiple channels of operation, telephone service, internet connectivity for email, text messaging, a temporary dispatch center or EOC (Emergency Operations Center). We usually "mirror" the radio channels in multiple dispatch centers, including in distant locations so that relief can be provided remotely for the dispatchers and EOC personnel at the incident.
Our systems can accomodate your existing field radios, or we can bring mobiles and portables to the scene for your use -- our inventory includes hundreds of public safety -grade radios (these are not concert rentals).
User radios include everything needed for public safety teams operating remotely (or operating where infrastructure has been destroyed or is compromised): magnetic mount antennas for the mobile radios; speaker/mics, cases, lithium-ion batteries, and rapid chargers for the handhelds.
This service is available both to government agencies and industry, providing a “COOP” (Continuity Of Operations Plan) at a single, fixed fee. It is an attractive alternative to organizations unable to invest upfront in survivable communications systems that we design and implement.
