Public Safety Communications - the magazine of APCO (no online edition).
Communications Technology Publications
Mission Critical Magazine - Technology issues for public safety communications.
MRT - Mobile Radio Technology magazine, with a focus on public safety.
Radio Resource International - Similar to Mission Critical (and by the same publisher) but with an international focus. Relevant to public safety organizations providing mutual aid and/or disaster relief across borders.
IEEE's Communications Magazine - The magazine of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers), a non-profit.
Signal is the magazine of AFCEA (Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association) and while primarily focused on Defense, their scope includes Homeland Security and often addresses advanced technologies for interoperable communications.
