National Institute of Justice's upcoming solicitations for Communication Technologies.
Department of Justice's COPS (Community Oriented Policing Service) has provided funding opportunities in the past, but there are no programs open right now.
More than 25 of the federal grant programs have been consolidated at the Grants.Gov website, which offers a search tool to find funding opportunities.

The Assistance to Firefighters Grant is here (part of DHS but administered separately).
Another DHS program is the Preparedness Directorate, which includes CEDAP (Commercial Equipment Direct Assistance Program) which just closed September 22.
